Delivery & Shipping Information

All products will be shipped during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm).
Nothing will be shipped outside of business hours or during public holidays and weekends.
Our Courier will deliver during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A signature is not required upon delivery.
Most orders received are shipped the same business day. However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day for processing of the order.
Typically orders are received 3-4 business days after they are placed with the exception of International Shipping or Rural Delivery.
Rural addresses can add 1 - 3 days to the delivery time.
We welcome pickups at any time during business hours (see store locations)

We offer free delivery to any one of our four stores in Queenstown, Cromwell, Wanaka or Alexandra. Orders may take 1-2 business days to arrive at our store. We will notify you the expected time frame when your order is confirmed. Please bring the "collect you order" email (or show us on your phone or tablet) and a photo ID (driver's licence, passport, student ID card) with you when you collect your order. Click & Collect orders are held in-store for 14 days. After 14 days orders are returned to Shoes Unlimited head office for a refund.

Shoes Unlimited wants you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or refund unworn product in its original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date, accompanied by the original receipt. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The shoe box and other packaging must accompany the product on return. The delivery fee is non-refundable.

Shoes Unlimited will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:
- All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface only before wear.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Due to health regulations socks, insoles & hosiery cannot be returned.
- Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
- There is no exchange, return or refund on sale items.

Shoes Unlimited stands by the quality of our merchandise. Should any defect present itself, please call our Customer Care team on Cromwell 03 445 1297 and we will do our best to assist you accordingly.

You can return products to Shoes Unlimited providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met.

Please include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund. Postage costs are non-refundable. However any exchanges will be sent to the customer free of charge. Shoes Unlimited does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door. We will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days on receipt of your parcel.

You can return product to any Shoes Unlimited stores providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met.
We do not guarantee the availability of sizes or styles at our retail stores. Therefore if the size or styles is not available in-store you may be offered a refund if not available. To find your nearest Shoes Unlimited store, please click here
